This Information Summary (the “Summary”) is in relation to Lot 2, DP8730 CT 33521 comprising 28 acres of freehold land located at Sovi Bay (“the Property”) and has been prepared by Bayleys Real Estate (Fiji) Limited (“the Advisors”) for Courthill Beach Resorts Limited (“the Vendor/Owner”) on the basis of information provided to the Advisors by the Owner.
